    • For remote or less accessible areas, delivery times may vary slightly.

    • During high-demand periods, such as festive seasons, promotional sales, or unforeseen circumstances, you may experience slight delays in order processing and delivery.

    • We recommend placing your orders early during these periods to ensure timely delivery.

  4. Tracking Your Order:

    • Use the tracking link provided in the shipment confirmation email to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At MISS, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below are the details of our return and exchange policies:

1. Exchange Policy

Eligibility:

  • Customers can initiate an exchange for a product or size once per order and within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

    • Product(s) must be unused and unwashed.

    • Tags must be intact and attached to the product(s).

    • Product(s) must not have been purchased at a discounted price or during a sale.

    • Product(s) must not have been custom-altered.

    • Unpacking video is mandatory for claims related to damage, partial delivery, or wrong items.

Process:

  • The customer is responsible for sending the product(s) back to us for exchange, except for certain circumstances where MISS may cover costs.

Exclusions:

  • MISS Mom's Gift Box and MISS Mom's Gift Bags Combo are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • Remaining maternity and breastfeeding outfits are eligible for exchange or return as per this policy.

2. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with tags intact.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Steps for Reporting:

  1. Record a Clear Video: Show the damage or issue, including the product, packaging, and tags.

  2. Contact Us Within 48 Hours: Email the video to us at hello@missinwardrobe.com.

  3. Resolution Options:

    • If eligible, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

    • If an exchange is not possible, you may request a refund.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if an exchange is not possible.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Return Shipping

  • For standard returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • In cases of damage, wrong product, or partial deliveries, MISS will cover shipping costs after reviewing the claim.
