- Products must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed with tags intact.
2. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:- Take a Product Video: Record a clear video showing the damage, the packaging, and product tags.
- Contact Us: Email us with the video within 48 hours of delivery.
- Exchange: Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued if an exchange is not possible.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Return Shipping
